I picked this hotel partly for the location -Paris south (14)- and for transport accessibility. (RER). 2 Metro lines (6 \\u0026 4) can get you to the hot spots. Some reviews on this site sealed the deal. I was looking for a bigger room that was affordable and though not cheap the price was doable. (BTW I was in town in the middle of a cold February and was staying for 9 days). So, all in all it was ideal for my purpose. Lots of food choices around and even a market with epicurean delights (Daguerre St.) nearby. The lady who ran this hotel was very attentive to me. Thank you for that. There is a Paul patisserie shop @ the corner and the staff there work VERY hard - please note and thanks. The Paris Catacombs are across the street.. For the hotel and facilities nothing",
